Angle code production line

The angle code production line is a fully automatic batch production equipment for L-shaped angle codes, used for connecting components such as ducts, doors and windows, and curtain walls. It is divided into two types: the galvanized sheet stamping line and the aluminum profile cutting line. 

I. Core Components (Mainline of Pressing Line) 

Loading rack: Carries galvanized sheet materials and automatically unwinds them. 

2. Planing machine: Corrects the flatness of the sheet materials. 

3. CNC Feeding Machine: Precise servo feeding with an accuracy of ±0.02mm. 

4. Precision Press Machine: The main capacity is 45 tons, with a frequency of 100-120 strokes per minute, and it is equipped with variable frequency speed control. 

5. Progressive die: Completes the processes of blanking, punching, bending and forming in one step, with no waste. 

6. Control System: PLC + Touch Screen, automatic counting, machine stops automatically when there is no material. 

II. Production Process (Stamping Line) 

Unrolling → Straightening → Feeding → Punching (forming / holes) → Shearing → Finished product discharge 

• Speed: Approximately 45 units per minute, with a production capacity of up to 50,000 units per shift. 

• Materials: Galvanized sheet with thickness ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 mm, with a standard width of no more than 110 mm. 

III. Aluminum corner code wire (for doors and windows) 

Aluminum profiles → CNC sawing → Drilling/Tapping → Making injection molding slots → Cleaning and drying → Finished product.
