What is the purpose of the manual wire threading machine?

The manual wire rolling machine (also known as manual edge forming machine or wire rolling machine) is a hand-cranked, small and portable sheet metal tool used for rolling, pressing ribs, forming edges, bending, and clamping metal sheets (such as iron sheets, aluminum sheets, stainless steel, etc.) into various shapes. It does not require an electric power source and is commonly used in industries such as tinplate, ventilation ducts, insulation materials, kitchenware, and lighting fixtures. 

I. Structural Composition

• Frame: Cast iron / steel plate welding, stable base, weight approximately 30–60kg.

• Rotating wheel / handle: Manually input power, driving the gears and rollers to rotate.

• Rollers (wheels): Paired concave-convex molds, replaceable according to the process (pressing ribs, edge biting, flanging, etc.).

II. Working Principle

Hand-winding → Gear reduction → Rolling of concave-convex pairs → Local plastic deformation of the plate, one pass of material pressing out uniform ribs, edge biting, U-shaped groove or flanging, with better precision and consistency than manual hammering.
