How to choose the right bending machine?

The bending machine is the core equipment for forming metal sheets into specific angles or shapes. It achieves this by using molds and applying pressure to the flat sheet. 

I. Basic Structure 

• Body: Frame, workbench, slider 

• Mold: Upper mold (plunger) + Lower mold (V-shaped groove) 

• Power: Hydraulic/Electric Drive 

• Control: Ordinary / Numerical Control (CNC) System 

II. Working Principle 

The sheet material is placed on the lower mold. The slider drives the upper mold to press down, causing the sheet material to undergo plastic deformation and form a fixed angle. The rebound needs to be compensated during the programming process.

• Hydraulic bending machine (mainstream): Powerful, stable, versatile
