HVAC ventilation ducts

TDF flange forming machines are specialized equipment for HVAC ventilation ducts. 

They form metal sheet edges into TDF/TDC flanges or angle steel/round flanges in a single process, replacing manual welding and drilling to achieve efficient, standardized, and reliable duct connections.

Core Definition: For rectangular/round duct sheets, flange edges or folded edges are directly folded out at the ends, integrally formed with the duct body, for rapid assembly and sealing connections.

Working Principle: TDF/TDC Flange: Sheet metal is continuously cold-bent using multiple forming rollers to form L-shaped (flange) or C-shaped (hook) cross-sections; dual-machine operation allows simultaneous forming on both sides at a speed of 8–14 m/min.

TDF/TDC Flange Forming Machine (Mainstream): Processes 0.4–1.5mm galvanized sheet/stainless steel, available in single-machine/dual-machine operation, compatible with TDF/TDC specifications. Flange edges can be customized according to national requirements.
